I agree that her book would be
excellent for newbies and less "techno" people. Her charts,
graphs and forms are well done, too. I just use so many charts and forms
in my profession that I can't get to using them personally! LOL LOL
I agree she does have some good "hints". Okay...which of her
hints did you use to move beyond the 2/10ths, 4/10ths of a pound loss? The "mini
steak day"? I thought that was an interesting hint, too. Lynn T
