   I have about 70 lbs total to lose and have failed at Weight Watchers, NutriSystem and Jenny Craig.  I also worked out at Curves 3-4 times per week.  I could never get below an 11 lb weight loss and that would take up to 2 month at least.  Weight control has been my biggest failure and I despise being overweight.  During this first round, Linda and I spoke/emailed daily to discuss my progress and thoughts/experiences that I had to share with others.  The process is so exciting because there is always weight loss!  I am just completing Phase 2 of my first cycle.  I've lost 27 lbs in 4.5 weeks.  Every time I get on the scale, my current weight amazes me.  It's almost surreal because I've never had this kind of success, and I'm 42 years old, so I basically had no metabolism.  More than the weight loss is the way I feel.  I did have to adjust my HCG CC intake because even though I was losing, I didn't feel the vitality yet.  Now I feel in control and empowered and I have so much energy that I don't require the sleep or feel drained the way I used to.  My mom is 61 years old and she has lost 14 pounds and has been able to go off of one of her diabetes medications.  Whereas before she felt tired and ill from the medication, she is so much more mobile and energetic now.
    Linda's booklet lays out so much of what you want/need to know, in one area.  You don't have to spend so much time searching through the internet and blog sites.  And her support/tracking tools save the time that some don't have to spare or help those who are technically challenged (like my mom).  I hope that you get the validation you're seeking.  I truly believe that this is the CURE and wish you success on your journey.

    When I heard about this diet, I thought it was crazy to inject yourself with HCG everyday and even crazier to be sustained with a 500 calorie diet.  However, 3 people I knew were being guided by Linda on the diet and were losing weight at an encouraging rate.  I read Dr. Simeon's book and his theory made sense.  I had always been a staunch Weight Watcher supporter.  After having a baby, back to Weight Watchers and it would take 6-8 months to get back to my normal self.  I had a baby in November, and I just couldn't get my mind into a long haul.  I had really given up.  Desperate, I called Linda and decided to give the diet a try.  I started on Sept. 2 (3 weeks ago) and I've lost 16 lbs.   It's not difficult to give myself a shot or to stay on the 500 calorie diet.  (Day #4 I felt weak but that passed, I lost 2 lbs. that day!)  I can't wait to get up each morning to see how much I've lost.  I've got tons of energy and feel really good.  Incidentally, I'm 46, have 9 children and my goal was to lose 40 lbs.  Would I have done this on my own?  Not a chance.  Good Luck whatever you decide to do!
